The picture above shows a teak wood plank. It’s clear that it has two colors or areas in it. The Premium Grade, which is sometimes called “heart of wood,” is a deeper golden brown. It does not have the whiter or brighter area called “skin” or “shapwood.” Our Grade C goods will have a mix of the two. The question is: How do we make Grade B goods that match the price list? We use a special treatment that turns the outside into a lighter, whiter color. This makes sure that it is as close to the heart of the wood as possible, which gives it the rank of Premium Grade, which is based on grade C. Please make sure that the pictures are correct.

Premium Grade wood was used to make the left chair, as you can see by its clear, even color. There is no white on it. Then, a finish is put on the mid-chair, which is made from Grade C, to make sure the color is as close to Premium Grade as it can be. Finally, the right chair, which was a Grade C at first.
